Uh oh Looks like Beyonce Knowles pulled a 'Janet Jackson' at a recent performance in Canada.

According to our souce, " the singer moved towards the back of the stage to adjust her shirt before continuing with the performance, while holding the end of the top down." Beyonce is usually a pretty classy lady, so it sounded like she handled this well. I saw the video and unless you're a real perv you can hardly tell it happened.
